From the extract from the debt collection register to the library card and the digital signature

Thanks to the eZug smart city platform, you can identify yourself digitally and always have important official documents with you, such as a certificate of legal capacity, home address, character reference, certificate of domicile or your extract from the debt collection register. Soon, many other attractive functions will also be possible via the app.

Building application

Would you like to enter and submit a building application electronically? You can do this quickly and easily with your eZug app via the online platform zg.ebaugesuch.ch Click on "Register" and scan the QR code with your eZug app. You can then easily select your user data which you would like to release for the building application. Now all you have to do is fill in the additional information in the online building application form and upload all the documents relating to the building project, and you can submit the building application electronically. Extract from the debt collection register

You want to apply directly after viewing a flat, but you're still missing the extract from the debt collection register? With the eZug app, you can easily request it and receive it directly on your smartphone a short time later. This way you don't lose any time and can digitally forward your extract from the debt collection register as often as you like.

Debt collection request

Someone owes you money and doesn't want to pay despite a reminder? You can use the eZug app to go to the debt collection office in Zug and submit a debt collection request completely digitally, irrespective of time and place. To do so, scan the QR code with your eZug app and log in. The web-based form will then directly take over your verified personal data and you only have to complete the request with the details of the person owing the debt and the claim and finally sign it with a qualified electronic signature (QES).

Your wallet is overflowing with cards and you finally want to make some space? Or do you want to use the library's digital services on the spur of the moment? With the eZug app, you have your library card on your smartphone at all times and can easily reserve books or digital media, borrow them directly or pick them up on site.

Extended opening hours

You want to go to the library at off-peak hours, but it's already closed? With eZug's "Open Library" feature, you get extended access to the library at certain times and can browse through the books outside of opening hours.

Are you sitting in your home office and have an employment contract, a sales contract or other documents that require a legally valid signature? Then make it easy and conduct your business via the eZug app in future. You can sign your documents with your electronic signature at any time and from anywhere, or you can invite the desired persons to sign via the web platform. In contrast to the traditional hand signature, you not only save transaction costs, but also a lot of time.

Certificate of legal capacity

Do you need a certificate of legal capacity to exercise your profession or to deal with authorities or banks? No problem. With the eZug app, you can order documents conveniently and at any time on your smartphone. You receive them quickly, securely and electronically in the folder of your app and have access from anywhere.

Certificate of origin

You would like to register temporarily in another municipality to work or study there as a weekly resident? To do this, you need a certificate of origin: you can order this quickly and easily via the eZug app. A short time later, you will receive it securely and electronically in the folder of your app, giving you access from anywhere.

Certificate of good conduct

The certificate of good conduct confirms only the residence in the municipality according to registration law. Information about a person's reputation is not part of the certificate of good conduct. It also does not provide information about any criminal proceedings and entries in the criminal record.

Parking card

Would you like to be able to buy a parking ticket quickly and easily for yourself or your guests, regardless of opening hours? Simply with a few clicks, directly on your smartphone? The eZug app makes this possible. All you have to do is enter your licence plate or that of your guest and select the desired period. Once payment has been made, the parking permit is issued immediately, purely digitally without a parking card behind the windscreen.

Collection calendar

Your waste paper is piling up in the cellar and the compost bin is full to the brim because you missed the last collection date? With the eZug app, this will no longer happen to you: In the digital collection calendar, you can now individually set which collection services are relevant to you and which dates you would like to be reminded of via your smartphone.

School portal

Record absences and send them to the caring staff and teachers in seconds, see all school appointments and current class information for your children at a glance. The new school portal in the eZug app allows parents to communicate with teachers and the caring staff and exchange important information securely and easily.

Certificate of residence

Do you need a certificate of residence for a bank transaction, a scholarship or an insurance policy? With the eZug app, you can easily confirm your current residence and the duration of your residence via your smartphone. You receive the document quickly, securely and digitally in the folder of your app and can easily forward it from there.

Certificate of residence for moving in and out

You would like to become a naturalised citizen and need a certificate of residence with all your previous residence data? No problem. You can easily send the order to your local municipality via the eZug app and they will compile everything neatly for you. As soon as the document is ready, you'll receive a message and find it in the folder of your app. From there, you can forward it easily and securely.
